If you have unused clothing, or perhaps extra clothing that were just stuck on your closet, this must be the right time to de-clutter and give it to the evacuation center. If you are trying to lose a lot of weight, then why not share your crave to the less fortunate one? If you are still thinking of organizing a Christmas Party with your family and friends, then maybe you can do a little twist that will really make a big difference- celebrate it instead with our brethren who will spend their Christmas at the crowded evacuation centers. If you are still thinking on what to do with your 13th month pay and bonuses, aside from setting aside what is due to God, maybe you can set aside an amount for His people.
After all, the real meaning of Christmas isn’t about what we received or how much we should be receiving… It’s not merely all about us. It’s all about Him, Jesus Christ, who was sent long ago to save us from eternal condemnation. As what He emphasized on His Words, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40)
It’s better to give than to receive…
Merry Christmas everyone!

Who’s To Blame?
As I was browsing for FB updates lately, the Sendong Aftermath never ceases yet. There are still continuous updates from FB friends. I was disheartened with the fact that one of my previous students who worked at Baungon, Bukidnon was still missing. He was on duty at NAPOCOR when Tropical Storm Sendong strikes. Just in case yo have an information, please care to share. It is my prayer that he survived and he is okay right now.
What caught my attention the most was a link shared by an FB friend. It was a piece of an article posted in a nationwide circulation under the commentary section written by a native Kagay-anon, Mr. Antonio J. Montalvan II. I knew only a few about Cagayan de Oro but this man has a lot to say about this devastated city and he even knew about Cagayan River and its anticipated fury…
Wanna know who’s to blame?
