If you’ve got no more load, worry not. You can still keep in touch with your love ones via online. I am not referring to social network, I am referring to free text sites. I used to maintain an account with Chikka.com in order to have free text. However, my memory is so poor that I seldom forget my log-in account, specifically my password. Then an office mate introduce me to www.magtxt.com. Well, I find it more manageable because I don’t have to sign up. I just simply type the number and send my message directly. I often use it and it is really very helpful.
A Trivia courtesy of www.magtxt.com:
Texting started to become popular in the Philippines in 1998. It quickly became a popular tool for Filipinos to keep in touch with their family, friends and loved ones because of the highly social nature of Filipino culture and the affordability of SMS compared to voice messaging services.?
Filipinos used texting not only for social but even on political purposes as well, as it allowed the Filipinos to express their opinions on current events and national issues by simply passing messages. As a result, it became a powerful tool for Filipinos in promoting or denouncing certain national issues.
Well, indeed, Philippines is known to be the texting capital of the world. Almost all individual owns a phone, not one but two! Much more now that Dual Sim phone becomes popular. Mind you, cellphone is no longer a basis for social status, well,?the brand may be. However, many accidents were reported due to irresponsible cellphone usage, some met vehicular accident because of texting while driving and other similar cases…
But, texting via online won’t cause you any harm, and it is more practical. Isn’t it?
